The World is Flat

When do you start beliving in a book which talks about the creation of a level playing field courtesy the creation of internet, that tells you have the world has become flat because of increased globalisation.

When u buy a pirated copy of the same book(The World is Flat) from a push cart in blore for rs 150 instead of a fancy hard copy of rs 750 in a barnes and nobles or gangarams or teksons depending on where u are.don't think even amazon could offer me such a deal. Never before have learning about prespectives become so democratized. come to think of it , in terms of acessability this book is equidistant from an engg student or a harried business executive.
However what would have given me a greater kick would have been to find a free soft copy of the same book on the internet ;-).
